The new pickup point in the city center is back for small orders – Petrská 18.

Starting Monday, July 21, 2025, we’re opening a new pickup and return point in the center of Prague – just a few meters from the former Biofilms Petrská location. The pickup spot is located in the passageway leading into the courtyard, a place many of you are already familiar with.

This location is strictly for pickup and return only.

Key Information

1. No order changes on site.
All modifications must be arranged in advance.

2. Night drop-off is not available at this location.
The night drop box is only available at our main branch at K Žižkovu 1A.

3. Pickup only with prior booking.
Gear must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance to be ready for pickup.

4. Limited opening hours.
As this is a dedicated pickup/return point, opening hours are limited. You can find the current schedule in the Contact section.

Open Until the End of September

This pickup point will operate until the end of September 2025. Based on demand and usage, we’ll then decide whether to open a permanent location in the center or keep all pickups and returns centralized at our main base at K Žižkovu 1A in Prague 9.
