How to report technical problems correctly

At Biofilms Photography and Film Equipment Rental, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that all of your work and experience with our equipment is the best it can be. Therefore, we would like to bring to your attention an important procedure to follow in the event that you encounter any problems with our equipment.

Immediate reporting of problems: Why it is Essential

If during a photo shoot or filming session you find that you don't think your equipment is working as it should, it is essential that you inform us immediately. Reporting quickly allows us to respond immediately - either by resolving and sending you a replacement piece of equipment, or by providing remote advice. In this way, we are able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently in most cases, allowing you to get on with your work without unnecessary delays or further complications.

What happens if you report a problem after the equipment has been returned

We understand that unforeseen situations can arise on the job. However, if you report a problem with your equipment after it has been returned to us, it will not be possible to treat your case as a complaint. Without immediate reporting, we cannot effectively troubleshoot or provide proper assistance.

Your joint approach to problem solving

We believe that by working together we can prevent complications and ensure your projects run smoothly. Your satisfaction is our priority and we thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
