ALEXA 265 is ARRI's latest 65 mm camera, combining a compact design with a revamped sensor to deliver superior image quality. Available for rental, it offers an efficient workflow, a unique filter system, and compatibility with versatile accessories.

Despite housing a sensor three times larger than the ALEXA 35, the ALEXA 265 maintains a compact form factor, being only slightly larger and significantly lighter than its predecessor, the ALEXA 65. This reduction in size and weight enables its use in various scenarios, from drones and stabilizers to confined spaces, enhancing on-set efficiency with improved boot-up times and power consumption.

The camera features a newly developed 65 mm sensor that increases dynamic range to 15 stops and doubles sensitivity to EI 6400, resulting in crisper blacks, better contrast, and lower noise. It utilizes ARRI's latest LogC4 workflow and REVEAL Color Science for accurate color reproduction and simplified post-production. A unique filter cartridge system allows easy insertion of various filters in front of the sensor, with filter information recorded in metadata for seamless integration into production workflows.
