One rental day does not equal 24 hours. We charge one rental day if you pick up the equipment in the evening (after 6 p.m.) or at night the day before, and return it the following evening or night – or the next morning.
(Example: 1 rental day = equipment picked up on March 9 after 6 p.m. or on March 10 before 10 a.m., and returned on March 10 by night or on March 11 before 10 a.m.)

However, if you pick up the equipment in the afternoon and return it the next afternoon, we charge 2 rental days, since the gear is reserved and unavailable to others for two full days.

For new customers, we require a physical national ID card showing a permanent residential address.
For foreign customers residing in the Czech Republic, a passport with proof of address is required; for those without residence in the country, a physical passport must also be presented (this group is subject to the highest deposit).
Photos or scans of documents are not accepted – a physical original is always required to prevent misuse.

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, new customers must pay for their order no later than upon pickup at our branch, using a payment card issued in their own name.

Depending on the provided documents, the rented equipment and its value, your project background, experience with the given gear, and verified references, we may require a refundable deposit of either 0 % (rental only) or, in other cases, 50–70 % of the equipment’s retail value.

For last-minute orders, we charge a fee calculated based on the size of the order and the time required for preparation and dispatch. The express surcharge is added dynamically during the “delivery” step.
