If you are running late or just need to have the ordered equipment delivered to the agreed address, it's not a problem for us. We offer several delivery options for your shoot at the location you specify. We will deliver to any accessible address.

The basic service includes only transportation to the set and assistance with loading/unloading the cargo in front of the vehicle. If you need additional services, such as carrying the equipment beyond the reach of the vehicle (e.g., into a building or to a higher floor, or installing the equipment on set), please contact us with your specific request for a cost estimate.

 

In addition to the number of kilometers and traffic conditions, the final price may be affected by the waiting time of the driver, necessary assistance with handling bulky shipments, and the time corresponding to loading and unloading. If delivery is required outside of opening hours, a 100% surcharge for delivery + night deposit according to the tariff is charged.

To use the delivery service, you must be an existing customer, and it should not be your first rental.

If you need similar services (e.g., assistance with carrying into a building or installation), it is necessary to arrange this in advance. These services will be charged as assistant work of a camera or lighting technician on set, billed by the hour (the minimum billing time is 30 minutes, and we will inform you of the price based on the specific request by phone or email).

Transportation is only possible during business hours. If loading or unloading at Biofilms is required outside of business hours, the cost for the night safe is added according to the corresponding tariff listed on our website under the "Delivery - Night Safe" section. The cost of transportation itself outside of business hours always increases by 100%, subject to individual approval of the possibility of such transportation.
