Gift vouchers

Terms and details for using a prize voucher:

• The credit can be used within 6 calendar months of the date stated on the voucher. The credit represents an amount in CZK including VAT.

• To redeem the voucher, enter the supplied code in the appropriate field in your online order. We have sent or will send the code to you by email, or it is printed directly on the voucher.

• The voucher cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers or any other promotional offer. No more than one voucher may be used per order.

• To use the voucher repeatedly (if you redeem it gradually across several orders), you must always place the orders using the same email contact.

• The voucher is non-transferable.
