Testing and Consultation Before Rental

Due to a high volume of non-rental testing requests, this service is now subject to a fee of 1,000 CZK/hour incl. VAT (826 CZK excl. VAT) for new customers without previous rental history at Biofilms and no confirmed upcoming rental.

This fee covers total time spent in our rental house, including consultation and gear preparation. Every started hour is billed. We do not charge for basic setup or teardown.

The full amount can later be used as credit at Biofilms within 90 days. After payment, you’ll receive a voucher worth the same amount, which can be applied to any future gear rental.

This allows us to continue offering personalized testing and consulting services for free – but only when it’s part of an upcoming rental.
