How to Edit or Cancel Your Order
Orders become binding upon submission according to our general terms and conditions. However, we understand that unexpected changes can occur in our industry, and therefore we allow customers to submit a request to reschedule or request to cancel an order under certain circumstances. A change request can be submitted free of charge more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, primarily through your online customer account, where you can always see the current status of your order and available modification options. After this period expires, modification options are automatically hidden and changes can no longer be guaranteed.
If a request is submitted less than 24 hours before pickup, the order may already be in preparation or blocking equipment for other reservations. In such cases, a cancellation fee of 50–100% of the first rental day is charged. The fee amount depends on the order type, size, and customer history. Once the order is partially or fully prepared, or if the scheduled pickup time has passed, the equipment and capacity have already been fully allocated to the order. In these situations, a 100% fee for the first rental day is charged, and change requests cannot be accommodated. This approach applies equally to all customers, including regular clients.
Cancel the Entire Order
- Log in at biofilms.cz/en/login.
- Click the profile icon.
- Click the pencil icon to open your order.
- At the top, click X – Cancel Order.
- Confirm by clicking Confirm.
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Later cancellations or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to one day’s rental rate.
How to Remove a Specific Item
- Log in at biofilms.cz/en/login.
- Click the pencil icon next to your order.
- Expand the time block containing the item you wish to remove.
- Tick the checkboxes for the items you want to remove.
- In the “EDIT” dropdown, select “Remove Products” and confirm.
Items will be removed from the order and the price updated automatically.
How to Change Rental Dates
- Log in at biofilms.cz/en/login.
- Click the pencil icon to open your order.
- In the “Order Items” section, click Edit Date.
- Click Change Date and adjust the rental period.
- Save your changes.
How to Add Items to Your Order
- Log in at biofilms.cz/en/login.
- Click the pencil icon next to your order.
- In the “Order Items” section, click Add.
- Search for the gear and click Add to include it.
Forgot Your Password?
- Go to biofilms.cz/registrace.
- Enter the email you used in your order.
- You will receive a generated password from objednavky@biofilms.cz.
